ZOOO Koddig!

Vanochtend was ik bezig wat patchwork blokjes te maken, komt Flopke me ineens haar lapje (babydoekje) brengen, want er moest toch ff gespeeld worden! Ok, dus ik speel even ermee met haar, ze mag immers best wel wat aandacht hebben op een dag en ga weer terug naar mijn werkje. Maar volgens madammeke was het nog niet genoeg, dus kwam ze me haar slang brengen (een deurstopper als speelgoed). Nog ff gestoeid met die slang en weer terug aan het werk. Ineens ben ik haar kwijt en ga op zoek, je moet immers haar nog steeds goed in de gaten houden nietwaar?Weet je waar ik haar vind? In mijn werkkamer (ik was in de huiskamer) en de slang moest haar maar gezelschap houden….snurk snurk! Ik moest zóóó lachen! Allereerst al om het feit dat ze altijd met haar lapje komt aandragen als ik lapjes aan het naaien ben en daarna die verontwaardiging dat ze maar apart ging liggen met haar slang en hoe ze ging liggen! Zo koddig!

Ik hoop dat dit een lach op je gezicht kon brengen! Bij mij lukte het aardig, maar ja, ik heb het zien gebeuren en dat is soms toch anders als dat je het leest!

Dit was na afloop van haar slaapsessie::

This morning I was working on a lasy comfort block and suddenly Floppy is bringing me her cloth, a babytowel as it was time to play together! So I plyed a little while, as she needs her attention from time to time,  and went back to my stitching. But according to Floppy is wasn’t long enough so she dragged her toy around the room and brought it to me to play again. So we played….and I went back to stitching. Suddenly I noticed she wasn’t near meand I still need to watch her closely so she doesn’t rip out her stitches from surgery last week. So I took a tour around the house to see where she has gone to. I found her in my working area, laying on her pillow with her toy, deep asleep and making funny noises. I had to laugh out so loud! First by the fact that she alwasy comes to bring me her fabric baby towel when I start playing with my fabric and second as she was so upset that I didn’t want to play long time with her thjat she went to the other room to sleep there and only her toy could keep her compagny!

I hope it brought a smile on your face. For me that wasn’t a problem, but I have seen it happen and that is different from just reading it and seeing a picture!
