Flopke’s pootje is OK!

Ja, dit is echt een mijlpaal! Op Nieuwjaarsdag ben ik lekker met haar naar het park geweest! Tja, als je precies 10 maanden jong bent moet je toch eindelijk eens proberen om je energie kwijt te raken toch? Nou, gelukkig ging dat super goed! Ze speelde best lekker met andere hondjes, waarvan 2 pups van haar leeftijd en daarvan zelfs een gele lab (reutje) van ook 10 maanden! Ze speelt nu eenmaal het liefste met andere labjes! Snap het ook niet, maar het is wel zo! Naar huis kon ze nog prima lopen en ook tijdens het spelen bleef ze goed recht op haar pootje staan! Thuis gekomen ook geen enkel probleem gezien en zelfs later op de avond (wanneer voorheen de problemen goed zichtbaar werden) bleef ze goed lopen en lekker spelen en rennen zelfs! Ja, ik denk echt dat we het gehad hebben met deze blessure en ben er erg blij mee! Eindelijk kan ze langer spelen zonder steeds terugval en pijn! Ze is ook lekker vrolijk sinds het beter gaat (logisch als je geen pijnlijk pootje meer hebt) en is echt een super knuffel de laatste weken! Manlief is vooral haar doelwit, alsof ze snapt dat die vrij is en alle tijd voor haar heeft! ‘s Morgens heeft ze al door dat ie niet weg is en sprint letterlijk de woonkamer in voor een ochtend begroeting! Dat zal nog wennen worden volgende week!

Yes, this is a milestone! On New Year’s Day I went to the parc with her to let her play and run. When you are precisely 10 months young you need to get rid of all your energy once in a while. Well, it went super good! She played enthousiastically with the other doggies and 2 were of her age. One of them even a male yellow lab of the same age – also 10 months young. She just loves to play with other labs the most! It is like they are attrackted to each other! I don’t understand why, but she does! Going home she still get walking straite and also while palying she stood on her leg very strongly. Coming home I didn’t see any change and even later in the evening (when normally all the problems bacem most visable) she kept walking so well! She even played and run through the house! Ye, I think we have had it with this injury! and I am very pleased with it! Finally she can play and run without having to hold her back and calm. And no other injuries or pain in the end as result of playing or running! She is ijn a very good mood these days. Of course if you aren’t hurting your leg every day over and over again! And she is very cuddling those past few weeks! Like she notices hubby is home and has time for her. She made him her target first thing when she gets awake! She notices when he isn’t gone to work and runs into the living room for a good morning hug! She will have to get used to him being gone again next week!
